helpful staff clean room central location loud plaza unsafe area flooded floor
The staff was helpful. They provided tips and assisted with arrangements. The room was spacious and very clean. The location was CENTRAL.
The plaza outside was loud. It was filled with people until early morning. I did not feel safe outside after 1am. The shower flooded the wood floors, which turned them black.

rooftop terrace quiet room
The front desk staff offered really good service. Thomas helped with dinner bookings. The location is fantastic. Placa Reial is party central. The rooms are quiet even after a football match. The rooftop terrace allows enjoyment of the view.
The hotel lacks a real lobby.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay
ineffective air conditioning slow service
The air conditioning did not work well . I expected better climate control. the food and beverage service was quite slow. I waited a long time for a simple drink at the bar. The staff seemed understaffed. This was frustrating when I wanted to relax on the rooftop terrace. The terrace lacked dedicated staff.
